This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who can deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance in occupied homes. Role Responsibilities: Carry out carpentry repairs and maintenance in social housing properties. Undertake additional multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, and patch plastering. Ensure all work meets health and safety standards and is completed to a high standard. Provide excellent customer service to tenants.Requirements: Proven experience as a Carpenter Multi-Trade in social housing or domestic settings. Own tools and transport.
